Welcome, NALDIS Dental!

The UpStart Center for Entrepreneurship welcomes NALDIS Dental, LLC, a startup business featuring a full-service dental lab. The lab serves central Maine dental professionals in the creation and repair of custom dental prosthetics and appliances.

The Tyutyunnyk family

Owners Natalya and Oleksandr (Alex) Tyutyunnyk bring years of experience to their new enterprise. Natalya is a Certified Dental Technician with three decades of experience. Alex is a graduate of the University of Maine, holds a master’s degree in business with a focus on finance. He has broad managerial experience, including as a national marketing manager for a large international corporation.

The company plans to expand through training new dental technicians, obtaining certification for direct patient service, and integrating advanced 3D printing technology with traditional production methods. It is just the second full-service dental lab in the Greater Bangor area.

NALDIS will occupy one of the UpStart Center’s two state-of-the-art wet labs. Alex looks forward to the Center’s “science-driven environment and collaborative community of innovative businesses.” The comprehensive facilities and services package, convenient access, and quiet and collaborative workspace drew Natalya and Alex to the Orono area, and the space is perfect for their delivery-dependent dental lab operations.

Both of our labs are equipped with overhead power, exhaust and compressed air, a laboratory-grade water purification system, sinks with emergency eyewash stations, benchtops with storage, and, in the case of the NALDIS lab, a 6-foot fume hood. The second lab is hood-ready.

NALDIS Dental is a valuable addition to the Center. We’re glad to have you on board!
