The UpStart Center provides specialized wet lab spaces where biotech and life science researchers can work with chemicals, biological materials, and liquids. Our facilities contain fume hoods, chemical-resistant surfaces, and high-velocity exhaust systems to handle hazardous materials safely. Both labs have sinks and eyewash stations.

If research is your focus, our labs enable startups to test new technologies without the massive upfront equipment costs that can prevent startups from launching. Natural gas provides the heating and piping into the laboratories. Water is filtered with Reverse Osmosis/Deionization specifically for the laboratories in our facility.
