Incubator Program
Let's Build Something Together
Business incubation isn’t just about affordable rent. It’s about surrounding yourself with the expertise, networks, and support that transform ideas into thriving companies.
How It Works
The UpStart Center and University of Maine’s Foster Center for Innovation have an association
that gives incubating startups at the Center access to the business coaching available through
the Foster Center. Startups eligible for the discounted rents at the UpStart Center may, for a modest fee, receive monthly coaching sessions with Foster Center advisors.
